		Two paper sewing kits, both marked Japan, and both picturing 1940s, or maybe very early 1950 illustrations. Both in excellent condition with threaders and some (but not all) needles in the kits.

		s the lip. Very graceful, and a mellow gold color. There is one tiny barely rough spot on the outer edge of the lip--not sure whether a manufacturing defect or a tiny flea bite--too small to see. Otherwise, in excellent condition; no damage to any of the hobnails and just the occasional bubble as usual in blown glass.

		x 4-1/4" long x 2-1/2" wide. Very graceful looking, and in perfect condition. No maker's marks that I can see.

	Gorgeous Vintage Blown Dark Blue Glass Bowl w/ Flu		$85.00
		1/4" across, with an opening of approximately 4-1/2" and the inside bowl opening 3" deep. The base is clear glass, with it shading up into blue--very deep blue on the folder over portion of the fluted top. A couple of tiny manufacturer's defects--not scratches or anything, just a tiny line of slightly raised surface on the side. Otherwise, no condition problems at all--excellent!
	c. 1930s-1940s Italian Blown Glass Bowl, Green & G		$85.00
		I. Co., Made In Italy". It shows a picture of a man rowing a gondola on the label. Lovely bowl with a graceful, flaring rim that dips down on each end, and with a delicate transition from the gold of the bottom portion into the green of the upper. Has that mellow aged glass glow to it. Measures 8" across the top x 5-3/4" deep x 4-1/4" tall. Lovely piece!

There's what looks like a one-sided powder puff that fits into the opening between the top portion and the skirt portion, I assume to keep you from sticking yourself on anything sharp you might have stored in that middle part of the bottom layer. Her body (upper portion) is also hollow, but darned if I know if it is for some sort of storage, too. She stands 6" tall x 4-1/4" across her skirt. Could stand a bit of cleaning inside, but no condition problems at all. No maker's marks I can find.

		2 tiny manufacturing defects where there's no paint (under glaze) but otherwise no condition problems at all--excellent condition.

		t no other condition problems. The pontil is small. Excellent, and lovely piece of vintage glass.
	Vintage Carnival Glass Mold-Blown Amberina Compote		$95.00
		t's a very intricate and deeply and sharply carved (or molded?) design. It stands 6" tall and the lip of the bowl is 6-1/2" across, and it weighs almost 2 lbs. I can't find a maker's mark. There is one short, very thin surface scratch to one of the clear panels on the bowl, but no other wear or faults to glass or carving. Lovely condition and beautiful and unusual coloring. It has been in our family for 55 years.
	1940s-50s Opalescent Vase - Stunning!		$80.00
		This is simply stunning. It glows like an opal--white background with hints of blue flowing throughout, and then shading into clear glass. It is 4" tall x 4" across with approximately a 2-1/4" opening (the rim is fluted). No maker's marks that I can see. No condition problems--perfect.

	German Vase, c. 1900, Floral Painted Design		$75.00
		/leaves. It has gilt accents throughout the design and on the handles. The lower portion is cream colored and it shades into pale yellow at the top. There is a bit of wear to the gilt, a very tiny fleabite on the lower rim, and a couple of very tiny dark spots on the back (may come off with cleaning; I haven't tried). Otherwise, excellent condition with no faults. It stands 6" tall x 3-1/4" across at the widest.
	Stretch Glass Floral Applied Glass Design Vase - S		$85.00
		red flowers and buds. There's a tiny manufacturing defect--a short, narrow imperfection in the surface layer of the glass on the back; otherwise, excellent condition with no faults. Remains of a label on the bottom, but no markings that I can see. Very lovely.

		yellow-green. The top rim is a bit more clear than the rest of the vase. It measures 3-1/2" across the rim, 3" across the base, and stands 2-3/4" tall. Other than the irregularly shaped pontil, no condition problems at all--lovely piece.
	Art Nouveau Decorative Steel Ashtray, c. 1920s		$45.00
		s 4-3/8" circle. A trace of corrosion on the cigarette rest and the weld line under it is the only problem on condition, though the carved lines on the surface could stand just a bit more cleaning. A lovely bit of history from both the perspective of smoking collectibles and the Art Nouveau movement.
